Mooring Lake Ramen follows an Order > Pay > Eat process that people should take note of. It is not uncommon for Chinese traditional restaurants to have this kind of process so don't get offended that about waiters giving you the bill or asking you to pay after order.
Seating
The place is small and a bit crowded. There are only few tables available but don't worry, this restaurant is considered a "fast" food restaurant and people come and go really quick. A short wait in line won't hurt.
